Katy Perry performs a mini concert

Katy Perry performs a mini concert in Times Square to launch the new 2011 VW Jetta wearing a palm tree clad PVC dress. Dressed in a skintight dress (with hot pink palm trees) and her hair pulled back into a sleek ponytail, the "California Gurls" singer also performed her other two hit songs, "Hot N Cold" and "I Kissed A Girl." The pop songstress also shows off her new matching tattoo with fiance Russell Brand, seen on the inside of her right arm, "Anuugacchati Pravaha" meaning Go With the Flow.
